OUR NEW WEBSHOP IS LIVE!

The last months we were able to develop our new webshop and the time has finally come - we are live. Our entire patented cold-hot plate and cold-hot tub portfolio is here available and can be ordered online in the EU.

Alles für den Gast 2021

We like to thank all our visitors for passing by at Host Milano 2021. You were not able to travel to Milano - maybe we see us in November 2021 at the next exhibition we attend: "Alles für die Gast" in Salzburg, Austria

HOST Milano 2021

We have a lot in common with HOST Milano, where we were able  to present our first development steps with the cold-hot plate in 2006 and celebrate the market launch the following year. Since then, this event has been a fixture in the catering & hospitality trade fair landscape for us.

This year, we will be personally on site again and will present our comprehensive range of commercial kitchen technology. The selection of exclusive solutions for buffets is large and of course we have a few novelties with us.

NEW IN OUR PORTFOLIO: WINE BARREL BAR 

The irresistable charm of a wine barrel bar adds a unique flair to your next event or buffet presentation. Be it a wine cellar that longs for a touch of comfort, a standing table event or an extraordinary food display presentation. But what really makes this new product from our Hoeller portfolio so unique, is the built-in bucket holder, which can regulate temperatures between -5°C to +140°Celsius. This wine barrel is an eye-catcher and a functional element at the same time.

Available in two versions:
Cold-Hot Bucket holder with a temperature regulation from -5° to +140° C
Cold Bucket holder with a temperature regulation from -5° to +15° C

The barrel is delivered ready to plug-in. With an adjustable temperature control display and supply line.

INNOVATION OF THE YEAR - ASD 5000

Inspired by the COVID hygiene measures for the catering & hospitality industry, we have developed a new and unique gastro technology. The ASD 5000 Automatic Sauce Dispenser. This touchless device is unique in Europe and delivers a portion-controlled accurate quantity of any sauce, even with high viscosity, through the use of an eccentric screw pump.

By simply placing a small bowl in the predefined base, a certain amount of sauce is automatically portioned via a built-in sensor. All components that come into contact with a sauce can be easily removed and are dishwasher safe. The combination of a special silicone valve and the short backward movement of the pump, at the end of the pumping process, prevent the sauces from dripping. The sauce volume can be easily adjusted, using a preselction button and integrated operating elements.
